This cat teapot with matching kitten sugar bowl is from Abbott of England (a company we still order from today!) I believe this to be from their late ‘80s/ early ‘90s collection.
Teapot lid has a small nick, please see second photo.
Teapot is 6” in total height (holds about two cups) and the sugar bowl is about 4” high.
