Still Closed For Now!

An update: We won’t be reopening right away. Although the Manitoba government has given the go-ahead for retail businesses to reopen as of Monday, May 4th, it’s not the right move for the store at this time.

I don’t want to bring back my colleagues only to put them at risk, and there’s not really room in the shop for social distancing (even from other staff members.)

I’m the only one left working at the store right now, and I don't see a way to do what I’m currently doing and assist customers, and disinfect after each person and maintain safe distancing in the store. And, since I'm the only one here at the moment, if I get sick the store would be in serious trouble.

So while I miss seeing you, and I miss the energy you bring to this lovely place, the plan for now is to keep on doing what we’ve been doing; taking online, phone and email orders, and doing contactless pick ups and deliveries. It’s hard on us, but I think staying the course for the next few weeks at least is going to be in our best interest. I’ll update you when I know more!
