Temporary Employment Opportunity!

We're hiring for a temporary part-time position! Our colleague is recovering from an injury. We don't know exactly when she'll return, but are looking at six to eight weeks.

The hours for this role are quite specific, and we'd thank you to please not apply for this position if the hours below don't mesh with your availability. 

We need to fill the following shifts:

Monday 11-6 (closing shift) 

Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12-5

Sundays 12-4

We're looking for someone with retail experience, who can start immediately. We need a quick learner who's comfortable working on their own for a few hours of the week, and is familiar with Macs.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the point of sale/register, restocking shelves, and closing two days a week. There is some lifting and cleaning, and occasional shovelling if necessary.

Bookstore experience and a vehicle to do (very) occasional deliveries is bonus, but not required.
